You Must follow the uniform policy for every event.
Tardiness will be penalized with payroll deductions of $18 Fee and two negative (-2) points added to your account.
Unsatisfactory rating after "How Did you like our service?" A card sent to a client will add three negative points to your account.
Remember -10 negative Points, and we will cancel your contract, regardless of who you are.
Ten positive points: Your hourly rate will be the highest pay rate for the next six months.
You may wear a mask to comply with COVID-19 and abide by city, county, and state ordinances, even if you have a minor cold.
Vaccination is not required, but you must provide a negative test result seven days before work if we suspect you may be infected with COVID-19.
$100.00 Cancellation Fee - If you fail to call, e-mail, or postal mail at least 1 day in advance to cancel your contract.
The T-shirt and Product Sales from us are final, with no refunds.
Every Good Feedback/review from the client will add 0.25 points.
Reservations made under your discount account will add 1 point and give you 5%—10% off the invoice for services for that event.
Online Access will not be mandatory, but weekly communication via e-mail, online, or telephone will be accepted.
If you fail to show up or work on an event that you've been assigned to, you will be charged $150.00.
Cellphone use while working is prohibited unless you need to make a phone call or text in an emergency. Two (two)Emergency texts will be allowed.
First-time payment for contracting work is payable at a $10 up to $15.00 hourly rate, with a 10% share of the gratuity in the tip jar if tips are given at an event.
