Remember, this form does not replace the original time sheet; it's designed to save you time and money. You must keep the original form for 60 days from the date of the event. (Only if the client signed a form that you've provided.)

If you were provided with a printed time sheet, you must present or keep t the original in case of a dispute or chargeback.
