Normally, arrangements for
events should be made at least 72 hours before your
event date. We realize that sometimes last minute
arrangements are required. In this case, we will do
everything possible to satisfy your needs. Because of
last minute changes, in work schedules, etc., that we
need to do in order to accommodate your reservation an
additional $40 rush reservation fee will be charged, If
your reservation is 72 hours or less before the date of
the event. We will try to accommodate your
staff/services request choices, but alternatives may be
necessary. If we are unable to provide the service
needed, an optional, approved contractor caterer, staff
may be utilized.

We are almost done! To finalize your reservation to use our
services, we require a non-refundable deposit of
$25.00 per staff .

Note : Deposit will
be credited toward your final balance. If you cancel this
event or reservation, there is a $25.00 per staff, and or
rental items cancellation fee(s).

Other methods of payment after initial deposit: Venmo,
Zelle, and PayPal are available.
The rates shown are effective for reservation made with 7 days
in advance through our web site for any non holiday days.
Rates will vary during the holidays and rush hour times. An
administrative Fee (Office Charge) will be added to all
reservations. Fee is: $18.00 or 12.7% per service. If
last minute an extra $30 convenience fee will be added as
well.
IMPORTANT: If you don't see a selection for
the deposit amount that you need, please select the closes
selection possible and we will make the adjustment at the
time of processing the payment.
