Multi-bartender discounts: 5% off the second bartender, 10% off the third.
A 13.7% Administrative/Office Fee (minimum $25) is added to all reservations.
Rates apply to bookings made at least 14 days in advance on non-holiday days. All existing clients receive a 10% discount.

Bookings made less than four business days in advance incur a $30 late fee.

Holiday rate dates:

  • Independence Day — July 3–4
  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • Halloween Weekend — Oct. 24–31
Rush-hour events (e.g., Fridays between 5–7 PM) may also carry adjusted rates.

We will meet or beat any competitor's written price on bartending, wait staff, cocktail service, valet, security, rentals, food, and beverages. Competitor must be licensed and insured, and the quote must be on official company letterhead.

🔒 How do I secure my reservation? â–ŧ
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per staff member or 50% of the invoiced total is required to hold your date. This is credited toward your final balance.

Yes — we have both male and female bartenders and wait staff. We make every effort to honor gender preferences, but specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
🧮 How many bartenders will I need? â–ŧ
Standard ratio: 1 bartender per 50 guests.
For parties over 50, we recommend 2 bartenders or 1 bartender + 1 bar-back.
Wait staff: 1 per 1–2 tables (~10 guests).

No — but we offer a Personal Concierge/Shopping Service. We'll help you decide what to buy, purchase it for you, and deliver it on the day of your event (additional fees apply).

Need a cash bar? We can assist you in obtaining the proper licenses and permits for your event.
🍹 Can you help with drink menus? â–ŧ

LEADS (Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs) is a free California ABC prevention and training program for bartenders, servers, and retail licensees. Running since 1991, it has trained over 100,000 people. The 3.5-hour curriculum covers recognizing and handling alcohol-related risks and reducing liability.
â„šī¸ What is TIPS certification? â–ŧ
TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) is a skills-based program that teaches servers how to prevent intoxication, drunk driving, and underage drinking. BartenderGirl requires all staff to complete TIPS training and offers free classes to our bartenders and serving professionals.
