By entering the BartenderGirl.Com web site you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation And Deposit  (Due to Covid-19 See Updates on Cancellation)
If client or responsible party, cancels the reservation for services 48 hours prior to the day of the event a cancellation fee will be charged for the following applicable services:

 Bartenders, Bar-Back, Photo Girl, & Wait Services: $30.00 per staff
 Disc jockeys services is: $150.00
 Valet services is: $200.00
 Limo/Tow Car Services: $250.00
 Personal Shopping Services: $89.00 plus any expenses incurred to purchase your items, until cancellation date.
 Rentals: $50.00 plus 10% restocking fee on the invoice.
 Bar Rental: $35.00
 Dance Instructor: $75.00 (Swing, Salsa, Exotic, Go-Go Dancer)
 Insurance: $189
 Permits: $175
 Venue Licensing: $135

Because of the COVID-19 Some cancellation fees may not apply, unless California State has lifted restrictions, see update!

If client or responsible party, cancels the event 48 to 24 hours prior Date of Event or on Date of Event client is responsible for full payment of the invoice.

EXPENSES. In addition to the final invoice, Customer shall reimburse Bartendergirl, for reasonable related expenses, provided that such expenses are actually incurred in conjunction with rendering the Services.

Last-Minute Reservations:
Normally, arrangements for events should be made at least 72 hours before your event date. We realize that sometimes last minute arrangements are required. In this case, we will do everything possible to satisfy your needs. Because of last minute changes, in work schedules, etc., that we need to do in order to accommodate your reservation a $30 late reservation fee will be charged, If your reservation is 72 hours or less before the date of the event. We will try to accommodate your staff/services request choices, but alternatives may be necessary. If we are unable to provide the service needed, an optional, approved contractor caterer, staff may be utilized.

The prices shown are effective for reservation made with 14 days in advance through our web site for any non holiday days.  Rates will vary during the holidays and rush hour times.

We are determined to be your lowest cost alternative. We will meet or beat any competitor's price on bartender Services, Wait Staff or cocktail services, Valet services, rental items, Security Services, food, beverages and our remanufactured line of products. (This includes our line of plastic Martini, margarita, wine, champagne, tumbler glasses.)

BartenderGirl™ holiday dates are: New Years' Eve - Dec. 31, Christmas Eve - Dec. 24 and 25, Thanksgiving Nov. 28 and Independence Day - 3rd and 4th of July, Memorial Day Weekend and Halloween weekend Oct, 24 thru Oct. 31.

Conditions are strictly intended for all viewers who are of legal drinking age only.
