Staff: Bartenders, Wait Staff, Cocktail Servers, Disc Jockeys, Chefs, Cooks, valets, coffee, security/bouncers, clean-up, catering, and event planners.

Services: Coffee bar, valet, Host/No-Host bar, catering, photo booth, charter bus, limousines, town cars, sound equipment, and lighting.

Rentals: Bar, tables, chairs, linens, lights, and any other item for your event.

To help ensure availability for our services, please make your reservation no later than 48 hours before the event's date.

We don't have a fixed hourly rate; our rates are based on the event, location, event time, and number of guests. But let’s give you an idea: Assuming your event is in Pasadena on a Saturday around 5:00 pm and you need just one bartender for 4 hours, it will cost you usually around $379.56 per staff member.

No, but we offer a Shopping Service to purchase individual or all items for your event, including ice. Similar to DoorDash, however, BartenderGirl will tailor to your list for your event. We will bring the items for you and dispose of the recyclables or leftovers if needed! 

Yes, we can. Either general liability insurance for your event, or also including alcohol liability insurance for your event.

All Southern California counties, from Malibu to Palm Springs, or as far as San Diego County. Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County are our most common operational Areas.
