Does
BartenderGirl™ Provide The
Liquor?
BartenderGirl™ does not provide the
liquor with the bartending services, but we can order it for you
(additional charges will apply). Furthermore, we can help you decide
what to buy and create a customized spirits list, and for your
convenience, we can purchase those items for you and deliver it, on
the date of your event.
What is Personal Concierge
Services?
at an additional fee. If you required a cash bar, we can help
you obtain all the proper license and permits for your event.

We can handle every aspect of
your event - not just the drinks. We can arrange for the rental of
necessary equipment such as china and liens, food, order flowers,
provide lighting, special decorations, props, find a Disc Jockey,
hire a valet, make invitations, carve ice sculptures and so on.

Serving
Staff Additional Hours
Our bartenders and wait staff will be available to you and your
guest for the duration of your event and billed at an hourly rate or
flat fee. Gratuity is not included, and it is up to the client's
discretion. Allow 25 minutes for set-up, and 15 minutes for
clean-up. (You are responsible for this extra time.
Please note that arrival time
may be delayed by road conditions, accidents and unforeseen
circumstances. BartenderGirl.com will make sure travel time is
included in order to arrive on time but we cannot be held
responsible for the circumstances stated above.

™ Hourly Rate
Our Bartenders, Cocktail servers, wait staff, chefs, and Disc
Jockeys will be available to you and your guests for the duration of
your event and billed at an hourly rate based upon travel, set-up
and break down time. Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate and

All prices are subject to change without notice and are dependent on
market fluctuations, and traffic conditions and personal
availability.

To continually provide the highest level of service a
Administrative Service Charge aka (office fee) will be added on all
food, service and beverage. Also local sales tax applies on food or
rental items. Gratuities for staff are at your discretion.

The prices shown are
effective for reservation made with 14 days in advance through our
web site for any non holiday days. Rates will vary
during the holidays
and rush hour times.

We are determined to be your lowest cost alternative.
We will meet or beat any competitor's price on bartender Services,
Wait Staff or cocktail services, Valet services, rental items,
Security Services, food, beverages and our remanufactured line of
products. (This includes our line of plastic Martini, margarita,
wine, champagne, tumbler glasses.)
Late Bookings/Late Fee
Normally, arrangements for events should be made at least four
business days (Monday - Friday) before your event. We realize that
sometimes last minute arrangements are required. In this case, we
will do everything possible to satisfy your needs. Because of last
minute changes, in work schedules, etc., a $30 late fee will be
charged. We will try to accommodate your staff/services request
choices, but alternatives may be necessary. If we are unable to
provide the service needed, an optional, approved contractor
caterer, staff may be utilized.

holiday dates rates are: New Years' Eve - Dec. 31, Christmas Eve -
Dec. 24 and 25, Thanksgiving Nov. 28 and Independence Day - 3rd and
4th of July, Memorial Day Weekend and Halloween weekend Oct, 24 thru
Oct. 31.

Payment
Methods
We accept payment by MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American
Express (For Deposit Only), Zelle,
Venmo,
PayPal, or Cash (For
Final Payment). BartenderGirl.Com has its own merchant account and
does not use a third party processor, so your financial information
is kept confidential with us. No Cash Refund. Nor Refunds - If
credit is due it will be giving to your next event.
Returned
Check Fee
A returned check penalty fee of $45 will be charged to a client's
account for any check dishonored by the bank. This fee will
be waived if the check was returned in error, providing supporting
documentation is submitted. The returned check and penalty fee must
be paid by cash, credit card or money order. You must past a credit
check before you can pay with check with us.
Charge Back Fee
$60.00 per for any charge backs or credit card disputes that are
resolved in or against our favor.
Securing
Your Event (Deposit) Information
To reserve BartenderGirl's services for the date of your event,
we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per staff and or 50%
of your invoiced amount, which will be credited toward your final
balance.
Additional
Services
We can handle every aspect of your event - not just the drinks.
We can arrange for the rental of necessary equipment such as china

Guest
Count
We'll ask you to provide a guest count two days prior to your
event. Changes in the final guest count may result in additional
charges.
How
Many Bartenders Will I Need?
Usually our bartenders can handle 1-50 people per bartender.
Example: If you have a party with a 50+ guests, it's required that
you have 2 bartenders or 1 bartender and a 1 bar-back.
Cancellation
And Deposit
If you cancel or postpone your event, 72 hours prior to the date
of the event, BartenderGirl.Com will charge a cancellation fee. If
you cancel or postpone your event less than 72 hours prior to the
date of the event, you may be responsible for payment in full. No
Cash Refund. We provide only credit to your next event.
Cancellation Fee is $75.00
(Per Bartenders or Server) Cancellation Fee is $150.00 (Disc
Jockey Services)
Cancellation Fee for Catering expenses incurred, and $175.00
administrative fee Cancellation Fee for Live Entertainment is
Deposit Paid usually 50%
Cancellation Fee for Personal Shopping Services or items that we
purchased for you is 100% of fee paid since items can not be return!
You are welcome to pick items at our storage facility.

Are
your Bartenders And Wait Staff Certified?
There are California state laws regulating server or bartending
training. However, some cities or counties may in addition to those
laws, require server and bartending training as part of their
Conditional Use Permit process (e.g., City of Dana Point in Orange
County or Taylor Hall in Claremont or The
Carousel in Santa Monica Pier).
Assembly Bill 1221 (2017) created the Responsible Beverage Service
Training Program Act with the intention of reducing alcohol-related
harm to local communities.
All bartenders from
BartenderGirl™ have attended and
completed the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's Licensee
Education on Alcohol and Drugs, Alcohol Seller/Server Training
Program -also known as LEADS, as well the new
Responsible Beverage Service Training program, to all our
bartenders are required to have TIPS
certification. All wait staff from
BartenderGirl™
are certified food workers, from the county of San Bernardino and
Los Angeles Environmental Health Services.

Insured?
If requested we can provide Insurance Certificate and bind the venue
to our Insurance policy (additional charges will apply).
BartenderGirl.com has General
Liability (2 Millions), Liquor Liability (2 Millions) and Workers
Compensation insurance (1 Million) policies. Don't take chances at
your next event. You may only be one mishap away from serious
financial and legal consequences if you are not properly insured.
Your liability does not end when the event is completed. You can be
held accountable for someone else's actions even after the event is
over. A common misunderstanding is that general liability and
homeowner policies will cover an alcohol-related claim. The only
type of insurance that will cover such a claim is liquor liability.
Yes, we are insured but,
your private event is not. However at an additional charge, we
can get Special Event Coverage in less than 24 hours, which provides
general liability, liquor liability, hired & non-owned automobile
liability, rented equipment coverage and third-party property damage
for over 100 types of events.
What
Is LEADS?
The LEADS (Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs Alcohol
Seller/Server Training Program) is a free, voluntary prevention and
education program for retail licensees, their employees, bartenders
and applicants. It began on January 1, 1991 with a grant from the
California Office of Traffic Safety.
Since February 1995, the
Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has funded the program.
Since 1991, the LEAD Program has trained over 100,000 people.
The curriculum is designed for licensees, managers, bartenders, and
employees. There is no separate management curriculum. Program
length is 3-1/2 hours, except for Fairs/Special Events Training,
which is 2 hours.

What is the RBS Training Program?
Assembly Bill 1221 (2017) created the Responsible Beverage Service

Alcoholic Beverage Control to create the Responsible Beverage
Service Training Program (RBSTP) to ensure on-premises servers of
alcoholic beverages and their managers are educated on the dangers
of serving alcohol to minors and over-serving patrons.

Is TIPS? Training for Intervention
Procedures by Servers of Alcohol.
TIPS
(Training for Intervention Procedures) is a dynamic, skills-based
training program designed to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and
underage drinking by enhancing the fundamental "people skills" of
servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol. TIPS gives individuals
the knowledge and confidence they need to recognize potential
alcohol-related problems and intervene to prevent alcohol-related
tragedies.
If you serve alcohol or employ people who do,
more and more of our courts have a message for you. You've got to do
more to stop intoxicated customers from driving drunk. To help you
avoid that risk, and help save lives, there is a proven training
program called TIPS* Training for Intervention procedures by Servers
of Alcohol.
