🧑‍🍳 How many bartenders will I need?
Plan for 1 bartender per 50 guests. If you need cocktail or wait staff, add 1 per 2 tables (roughly 12 guests per table). Not sure? We'll help you figure it out — just ask for a quote.

🛡️ Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Absolutely. We carry Alcohol Liability, General Liability, and Worker's Compensation — with coverage ranging from $4 million to $10 million. We'll provide your COI upon request.

🍾 Do you provide the liquor?
Your choice! Buy it yourself and save, or let us handle it through our convenient Concierge Service (additional fees apply, similar to a delivery service). Either way, we've got you covered.

📄 Do I need an ABC liquor permit?
Some events do. We handle the entire process for you through our licensed Permit Agent Processors, who can secure the ABC Permit (218) and connect you with fully licensed mobile bar vendors.

👩‍🍳 Male or female bartenders?
We have both! We do our best to honor gender preferences, though we reserve the right to make substitutions to ensure your event is always fully and professionally staffed.

To help ensure availability for our services, please make your reservation no later than 48 hours before the event's date.

What is your regular hourly Rate?

We don't have a fixed hourly rate; our rates are based on the event, location, event time, and number of guests. But let’s give you an idea: Assuming your event is in Pasadena on a Saturday around 5:00 pm and you need just one bartender for 4 hours, it will cost you usually around $379.56 per staff member.

Does BartenderGirl™ provide the liquor?

No, but we offer a Shopping Service to purchase individual or all items for your event, including ice. Similar to DoorDash, however, BartenderGirl will tailor to your list for your event. We will bring the items for you and dispose of the recyclables or leftovers if needed!

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my event?

Yes, we can. Either general liability insurance for your event, or also including alcohol liability insurance for your event.

What areas does BartenderGirl.com serve?

All Southern California counties, from Malibu to Palm Springs, or as far as San Diego County. Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County are our most common operational Areas.
