Return or Cancellation on Service Policy
Cancellation And Deposit
If you cancel or postpone your event, 72 hours prior to the date of
the event, BartenderGirl.Com will charge a cancellation fee. If you
cancel or postpone your event less than 48 hours prior to the date
of the event, you will be responsible for payment in full, for
services used up to that day, example: Event insurance, Event
Permit, Personal Shopper, Rental items, ordering beverages or food
purchased.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You are
responsible and will not get a refund, if we obtained , a certificate of insurance, permits
or other reservations that required immediate or advance payments.
Charge Back Fee
$60.00 for any charge backs or credit card disputes that are
resolved in or against our favor.
Cancellation Fee is $50.00 (Per
bartenders or wait staffs)
Cancellation Fee is $150.00 (Disc jockey)
There are not refunds for
service rendered, permit, insurance or shopping deposit, catering
deposit or venue depost.

Our Returns Policy
You may return most Products sold by BartenderGirl.Com, merchandise
department, such us t-shirt, bags, hats or uniform, within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. No refund on
services provided to you.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of
our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items
(however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
contact us).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Margarita Plastic Glasses
Any item that is purchased more than 3 days, exception
defective items.
