  • - Mobile Bartending & Business: Guidance on how to open a mobile bartending service and work independently as a certified contractor.
  • - Technical Skills: Mastery of the "count method" for accurate pouring without a jigger, bar tool identification, and high-volume soda gun operation.
  • - Certifications: Upon completion, you will be eligible for your BartenderGirl certification, as well as LEADS and TIPS certifications required for working events in California.
  • - Speed Rail Mastery: Learning the standard setup for well liquors and mixers—such as grenadine, lime juice, scotch, bourbon, and vodka—to ensure speedy access and a professional first impression.
  • - Free Pouring Skills: A mandatory skill that allows you to pour multiple liquors simultaneously without the need for a jigger or shot glass, using a standard "one thousand" count to ensure accuracy.
  • - Measurement Lingo: Memorizing specific industry standards, such as a Float (1/2 ounce), a Splash (1/4 ounce), and a Dash or Drop (1/32 ounce).
  • - Service & Suggestive Selling: Techniques for pre-conditioning guests based on visual cues and steering indecisive customers toward premium products to increase your nightly earnings.
